SSC CHSL Exam 2015 LDC, DEO 6578 Posts Online Application

Staff Selection Commission (CGL Exam Tier-I) has opened application process for Its Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam 2015 (CHSL) for Recruitment of Total 6578 Candidates as Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants in Indian Postal Deprtment, Lower Divsion Clerks and Data Entry Operators in Various Government Offices.



Last date for apply:  Online or Offline by 13-07-2015
 Part 1 of Online Applications should be completed by 11-07-2015.

Examination Date:  Nov 01, 15 & 22, 2015.
However the dates may change and will be notified accordingly if necessary.
 

Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

• Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants - 3523 Posts
• Lower Division Clerks - 2049 Posts
• Data Entry Operators - 1006 Posts
• Pay Scale -
  • PA / SA - Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400
  • LDC - 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900
  • DEO - 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900 and 2400
• Essential Educational Qualification - Must have passed 12th Standard examination from a recognized Board.
• AGE Limits: 18-27 years as on 01-08-2015

Last date for Part 2  Online Application : 13-07-2015
Closing of receipt of Offline applicationFoms : 13-07-2015

Selection Mode:

The examination will consist of a Written Examination and Skill Test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA) and Lower Division Clerk on Computer
scheme of written examination is provided.

Each question will carry 1 Mark and .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Application Fee:

No application fee for Women/ SC/ST/PWD / Ex-servicemen and Rs. 100 for Others.
For Online Application, candidates may pay the fee Online through Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking or Through SBI Challan generated after filling Online Application form.
For Offline Application, Appliaction fee is payable through CRFS Stamp at any of the Post Offices Across country.
